Mozilla Thunderbird Question

Featured Replies

I recently switched from Outlook Express to Mozilla Thunderbird and love it. I would like to set up Thunderbird so that my message folders are located in a folder that I back up regularly to an external drive. I have not been able to figure how to do that. I would be very grateful if anyone could advise me on the best way to accomplish that task.

I'm using this one: http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/

Nice little tool :o

Actually Crocket, your idea is best. Backup everything and store the file on the external drive. You can create a message rule to copy certain or all messages to a separate folder but it's more complicated and gives you less protection than the one-click operation from Mozbackup.
