Dr. Burrito Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 Hi, I'm just curious about this process as we are looking at setting up a subsidiary of a family owned unit in America here in Thailand. Can it be wholly owned? Would it need to be an Amity or B.O.I. approved company to do this? is it frankly, even worth it at the end of the day? Thanks for any thoughts and information.
