He does catering around the island... Sadly enough he closed his restaurant in Ban Rak a while ago. But I know he does a little catering and also freelance as chef all over the island. He did the bbq at my daughters birthday party, which left no one unsatisfied. Got no economical interest in his business - but I wish him the best of luck coz' if he does well, we can all benefit from it by eating his excellent food also in the future.
