India, the World Cup Champions batted first and collapsed spectacuarly to be all out for only 74 in the 16th over. Second lowest score in internationals. Bracken 3/11, Voges 2/5. Voges bowled for a hatrick to possibly the most amazing field ever set in a 20/20 game. All the fielders were around the bat reminiscent of tests in the Lillee era. Australia knocked off the 75 for the loss of only one wicket. Gilchrist, in his last innings in this form of the game, smashed 26 and Clarke finished on 27no. You only need to look at the attendance records to tell that this is a spectator friendly form of cricket that pulls big dollars. Action packed!
