johngooding Posted March 17, 2008 Share Posted March 17, 2008 Issan lawyers have a good reputation on the forum's, run by a Canadian guy called Sebastien. He is opening a Khon Kaen office shortly, employing a Scottish lawyer called Alan, I believe Alan comes back to Khon Kaen this week, so a phone call to Isaan Lawyers may be worthwile if you are here a few more days. I have no personal experience of the company, but I do know Alan as he was a neighbour when he had his own practice over here 12 months. For a Scotsman he speaks very good English. The director's name is Juthathith and she is married to an Aussie from Melbourne. I have not personally dealt with them yet but when I met them in February on a social event I got a very good impression of them and I shall be contacting them for consultation when I am back in LOS next month. You can write to him through our website. You can also call him at -----------------------. Alan has worked 2 years (I believe) in Law in Khon Kaen. He previously worked for Pensit Law firm in BKK. I believe I know you 'mugopp'. We only had ONE PERSON writing us from your city. To say that you 'used' our services is HUGE. You wrote an email asking us A,B,C. We replied in less than 24 hours. We told you that we could do A because it was outside our area. We answered you freely for B. And C, you didn't send us the documents to complete our work as we requested. We never met you, you never called us, etc. I have a duty to confidentiality and can't say more. If you want to see what our clients think about our services, I will be happy to provide you dozens of satisfied clients this year only. If I made a mistake and you are not the client above, just write me an email, explain me why you are not fully satisfied and I will fully reimbursed you if you paid for some services and you have valid arguments to be not satisfied. Translations-certifications-notary seal on life certifications -criminal case and I am in the process of my will. It is very rare if there is no answer within 24 hour. Also the staff is friendly helpfull and some of them speak English. I hardly can understand the quote above mentioned. If something wrong happened,you go to the boss and discuss but you don't publish such a statement Sebastien's answer is clear but this is a reaction from a customer.
