ProThaiExpat
Just log onto OverseasVote.com and it leads you by the hand through the process. Links to individual states and explicit instructions on how to do everything. Also explains why almost any citizen qualifies to vote and even how to register even if you have never voted before. You can download any form needed. It is a Kerry sponsored web page, which might tell you something about who thinks expats may be more likely to vote against Bush. PM me if there is anything you don't understand or have difficulty. Do it!!
n7zrd
In addition, if you can get ahold of the Bangkok Post, there is an ad in the Classifieds that has a web cite for/to voters. Kerry's wife is the force behind expat voting. She has been traveling abroad lately to try and get expats to vote, as there are close to a few million potential votes abroad. Absentee ballot voting works well, just allow enough time to receive and re-send your ballot. Oh and watch those hanging chads!!
