photojourn
Thought it was probably an opportune time to post a reminder that there will be a full dress rehearsal of the funeral for Princess Galyani this weekend. It might be a better opportunity for anyone wanting photos than on the actual days of the ceremony. astral
Be around Sanam Luang, on the left side as you face the Palace. The procession will come up there. These spectacles do not happen often, and worth the effort to go an see. You can also go to watch the real event, just be there early.
farangnahrak
Anyone know the *time* for the event? Today is unfortunately the only day I'll be in BKK to see it. Thinking its early morning and I already missed out . . .
farangnahrak
Also, anyone know the polite way of saying royal funeral in Thai? I feel like I'm gonna piss off the taxi driver if I just say ไปงานศบมั้ยครับ?
