I love Thai food, I must admit. I enjoy the mix of flavors and spices. And there are a fair number of dishes I can cook myself.

I often cook a simple fried curry with pork (or prawns) and green beans and have it with a Thai omelet.

What dishes do you like to cook and did you find it easy to learn how?

I have never mastered the art of Pat Thai. :o
