I've lived in Chiang Mai for over 10 yrs and no place here, except for US consulate does notary. I believe the charge is up to $30 these days. eljeque Posted June 14, 2009 Share Posted June 14, 2009 Notaries are State licensed. They are not allowed to operate overseas, as it is outside of their state.
