Hi, I am anxious to know if there is a notary public service in bangkok or pattaya that is LEGALLY accepted OR HONORED by banks or anyone else inside of the United States......thank you for your time

The only place FOR SURE would be the American Embassy. I've lived in Chiang Mai for over 10 yrs and no place here, except for US consulate does notary. I believe the charge is up to $30 these days. If you find any other service, please post, it would be valuable information.

Notaries are State licensed.

They are not allowed to operate overseas, as it is outside of their state.
