She found a 4 bed, 3 toilet/shower, detatched villa with communal pool for 20,000bt a month here in Pattaya (Central Park) owned by Thai's. Lease expires end Sept 28th. Thai landlords know the GF is looking elsewhere, they are now phoning me asking me to stay and how much will I pay for another year.
