Hi......I want to try to boost my memory and "feed my mind." I have heard these three natural herbs are good:

1) Gingko

2) Ginseng

3) Gotu kola (in, Thai, I think it is Bai bua bok but not sure)

I was thinking about going to Chinatown to one of those old pharmacies and get these herbs, possibly mixed to make a "tea."

Or perhaps I can find them in pill form.

Maybe you can help me with these questions:

a) Are these good herbs for the mind?

:) Can you find them in Chinatown? If so, what are they called? Chinese? Thai?

c) Is it better to mix them up and drink as a tea? Or are pills the way to go?

Thanks.

In some books I have read, many say curry is great for the mind. I cannot remember the exact figures, but they mentioned something about India having a ??% lower rate in Alzheimers than any other country... I have not supplied much info, but maybe you could research a little on what I alluded to.. Im sorry, Im a tad lazy to do it today.
