OOPS, misread your post sorry, as far as I know ANY clinic will provide this service, but I don't know any specific ones in that street. I can't remember the name, but its on Soi Sai Nahm Thip 2 (Suk 22, soi 2). If coming from Suk 22 turn into Sai Nahm Thip 2 then take the first right (same sub soi as House on the Pond Residence), it's at the end of the soi.
