PeaceBlondie
I got bit by an expensive muzzled dog. No report. Get your shots afterwards at Red Cross. My rich landlady was horrified at the idea of killing a dog.
bellste
I got bit by an expensive muzzled dog. No report. Get your shots afterwards at Red Cross. My rich landlady was horrified at the idea of killing a dog. Up in the North they barbecue the dogs, and sell the meat along the roads. It's delicious they told me. Trickcyclist
Is there a preventative human vaccine, or, are we all subject to shit scaring ad nauseum post bite injection sessions.

Not painful. The series could be taken before a bite, I suppose. At about 1,400 baht for the series.
shaunoro
I've had these rabies shots twice in BKK. Three shot around the wound, one in each arm and one in each cheek of bum. Then one in arm after one week, then one two weeks later and a final one after another month. Cost 10,000 Baht at Bumgungrad ER. You have to get to the hospital within 24 hours of being bitten or you get the nasty long needles into the stomach. Apparently you can get a 1 year vaccine in UK at the cost of UKP75.
