When the dad does not help. When the boy has Canadian citizenship, there must be a registration of him in canadian Embassy / Authorithies, becaus the dad must have registered him at some point. It would depend on where the father is, under Thai law it will not be a great sum of money, just several thousend baht a month. But if the father is in Canada, it might be possible to file for child support there.
