When Do We Find Out Who The Black Shirts Are?

During the "Red Protest" there were terrorist type snipers dressed in black, caught on film within the Red Shirts.

During the crackdown it was announced that 20 of them were apprehended.

When do we get the names and affiliations?

on that note, while I would also love to know the answer, unless there is a reliable source of info on that, I will have to close this thread as all it will do is offer speculations and end up as another thread discussing the recent political turmoil
