Rimmer Posted July 15, 2010 Share Posted July 15, 2010 Russian Tourist caught up in Necklace Snatch on Pattaya Second Road PATTAYA: -- On Wednesday Afternoon, Pattaya Police were notified of a necklace snatch which had occurred on Pattaya Second Road in front of Soi PP Massage. The Russian victim of the snatch, Mr. Igor aged 44, was with his family, on a Baht Bus when a Thai Man, came up beside the taxi and the driver leant over and snatched the necklace. The motorbike driver, later named as Khun Natapon aged 19, was arrested moment later after his bike collided with a Fish tank placed on the side of the road.
