n8njip
Here's the deal. My wifes from Thailand. We married in the USA. I'm about to send out the I130, I485, and the other support forms. On all the paperwork I've done for I-485 and all the related documents, I used my wife's tambon for her city/village/town of birth. I was looking at our Marriage certificate (USA) and the Town clerk put her down her Amphoe. Should I use the Amphoe on all the related documents to match the marriage certificate, or will it not really be an issue if I just leave it the way I have it using the tambon. Her birth certificate lists tambon, amphoe, changwat. Edited August 3, 2010 by n8njip
