HarryLL76
Greetings. If I relocate to Bangkok in November (start of high season) is it likely that a long-term lease (one year) will be difficult to find? Do owners increase rental prices for long-term leases during the high season? In addition, I am also concern that if I arrive during the high season, I might have problems finding a Service Apartment for 30 days (while looking for a long-term rental) at a reasonable price. Any suggestions? Harry
ballbreaker
This year's high season will not compare with seasons past so don't worry. I for one don't think you will have any problems finding what you want.
Xonax
You will easily find what you need at a reasonable price (prices are negotiable). People who rent out on long term leases, are not affected by the high-season, as they do not rent out to tourists. I can recommend The Narathiwas Residence if you need a serviced apartment for the first month and you find the location acceptable.
