I recently installed a new 120GB hard drive in my pc ,i had all my music (music/videos) backed up on dvds ive reinstalled them on the new hard drive but when i display the "my docs" - "music" file they are listed in Z to A format i need to know how to invert the list so they read in A to Z format i.e. Aerosmith first and Zombies last and not the other way round.

Had a little play around with the file edit on the tool bar but no joy.................anybody know how?

In Windows Explorer, if you click on the top of the column in the heading (name, size, type, date) it will reverse the order of the entries. For type they will group all files of similar exension, like jpg or pdf. For name size and date, they will reverse the order.

Ok sorted.........I/d been in there once and tried that but being an impatient sod hadn't waited long enough for it to invert all the files to A- to Z format (my music folder has 60GB in it)
