Rimmer
Splash! Police are issuing the usual warnings that road blocks will be set up during the period to check for drunken drivers; they are warning people to not use powder and high powered water cannons (PVC pipes will be confiscated), refrain from throwing ice water, and no public consumption of alcohol will be permitted. PhilHarries
No public consumption of alcohol? Does this mean anyone standing outside a beer bar, or sat outside a 7-11 with a beer will be busted? Or will he just be asked to contribute towards the policeman's ball?

craigt3365
songkran is still going in pattaya?? Still only warming up for the main event... The "initial" Songkran was not really that bad in Pattaya...except on Beach Road. I had to venture into town and traffic was really good. BUT! Will stay at home for sure from the 17th to the 19th....ugh....
