Oracle Based It Work In Thailand

I am looking for ideas on how to get ORACLE designer/developer work in Thailand.

I have over 20 years experience and just wondering if possible to get IT work there? rates/visas etc

Saw an advertisement for an Oracle developer yesterday in Fashion Island. Age must be less than 30. You may find that your 20 years of experience is a hindrance, not a plus.

Realistically, you have to ask yourself why a Thai company would employ you when (I presume) you don't speak/read/write the language at a native level, would need a work permit and visa with all the extra administration that entails, and there are hundreds of highly qualified Thai people willing to do the work for less than you're likely to accept.
