PlanetX
Are there any places (besides 7-11) that are open before 7 am to have breakfast?
venturalaw
Surprisingly few. There is a place across from CMU that I have heard about but never been to. I'll find out the name and exact location and post it. I understand that they are open earlier than most (7:00 AM). One morning I was out of coffee and tried to find a place to have a cup at about 7:30. No luck. In San Sai I have yet to find any breakfast places open before mid-morning. For instance, Kelly's doesn't open until 9:00 AM. I don't understand it.

MrBrad
I believe that JJ Bakery is open at 7 or even a bit earlier. There is still one location that has not closed. It's located east of the railroad station, just before the Super Highway, on the north side of the street. hellodolly
Well at the risk of stating the obvious McDonald's and Burger King in the Night Bazaar are open 24 hours and I believe McDonald s will deliver. t To be honest the egg McMuffins are pretty darn good. venturalaw
The Art Cafe opens at 8:00 AM. Great breakfasts and, IMHO, worth waiting an extra hour or two until it opens for the mango pancakes. http://www.artcafechiangmai.com/
