Yes I've had it done. I had it done 4 years ago as a package for IVF. Total cost from start to finish about 200,000 Baht. See my posts regarding IVF. PM me if you need more info.

I would recommend Jetanin in Bangkok (www.jetanin.com) or Kullapat in Chiang Mai. (www.kullapat.com)

Both should have no problem with the procedure. As for cost, I haven't talked to anyone who needed this in a while, so inflation may make my numbers out of date. But ballpark you are probably looking at around minimum 150k at Jetanin for the complete service. Slightly less at Kullapat.

I had 2 friends who both did this at Jetanin. They were quite happy with the results, although neither one of them said it was pleasant.
