cpr21 Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 Hello All I was just wondering if anyone could help?, My wife and I are planning a 3 week holiday to canada in the summer she has a thai passport with a uk residence permit. KamnanT Posted February 11, 2012 Share Posted February 11, 2012 Permanent residents of the United States ("Green Card" holders) do not require a visa to travel to Canada, unfortunately the same does not apply to UK ILR holders. Your wife will require a Temporary Resident (Visitor) visa. Unfortunately, that is correct about US green card, yet my wife, Canadian Immigrant, can’t travel to the US without a visa.
