Home Check Service - We Will Physically Check Your Home 1-3 Times per Week

cause the normal house insurance contract has the part, - during your absence, the house should be checked every 7 days.

That means, to be covered by the house insurance during your trips,

you need s.o., who is not causing problems.

as far, as I spoke with the security companies,

only securitas.co.th is offering a 1 year Mobile Patrol Service contract,

with every day check up, what is to much, for the basic needs of a insurance contract partner.

There are also many small, 1 man security guard companies,

but which one is recommended ?

Check with the Thai Police, they also offer a patrol service.

I have a redbox at the frontgate, where the police reports their daily visit at the gate,

but they never entering the ground, for checking the house,

only, if the frontgate would stand open.

They are good, for having a first look on the house from the distance,

showing presence, and in dangerous situations, in case, your home is difficult to find,

it helps, that you can give them your redbox number, for a quick visit.
