FolkGuitar
Not a bad looking watch... for almost 95,000 baht. Tells the time and gives that date too! And it's a 'Certified Chronometer,' which means that a 1,500 baht Casio probably keeps better time. A certified chronometer must maintain an accuracy within -4 to +6 seconds of variation per day. That means it actually can be a slow as a few minutes a month! Most cheap Casios run about 30 seconds slow or fast... per year. But... for the extra 93,500 baht, one does get the 'cool factor.' Lobo4819
There's a guy walking around Night Market who will sell you one a lot cheaper. And I'm sure it's "authentic". But I forgot - you can't get counterfeit goods in Thailand, right?

Cobalt60
I bought a thousand baht Omega Seamaster from a Timepiece specialist three years ago, to wear to work as an " I don't care if it gets damaged it cost next to nothing" watch. Its still going and keeping proper time. Must see if I can find the vendor and let him know he sold me a decent one by mistake.

Most places in town, the zips will start to come down if you're flashing a thousand baht around
