chiang mai Posted November 10, 2012 Share Posted November 10, 2012 An early heads up that the balloon festival takes place on 23/24/25 this month, balloon flights each morning at 06:00 and other stuff such as workshops and demo's from 10:30 to 5pm - music of various sorts in the evenings from 5pm to 9pm, Concerts starting at 7:30pm on all three nights. Do you now what part of the Gymkhana Golf Club they will be forming up in? I looked at the links listed and wasn't able to see anything definitive.
