scorpio Posted November 18, 2012 Share Posted November 18, 2012 (edited) hi, ok guys, this is only a question, my wife is toying with the idea of buying a house in pattaya, she works in uk but wants to know if she can get a mortgage and what are the conditions. as i say, only a question and something for her to think about maybe for later down the line. hyperboyz9 Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 You can try to ask UOB bank or MBK Loan for this case. If your wife needs to loan alone while she still takes Thai citizen. It's easy, she can loan any Thai's banks , just prepare the letter and documents as company reference letter, Pay Slip, Copied of bank account and the original one for show, accomdation in UK and etc. Ask the financial for requestment.
