Not sure about pearls, but Uganda has rough diamonds that Thaksin is involved in. jayboy Posted November 22, 2012 Share Posted November 22, 2012 Perhaps marginally relevant is the surprising reality that some African countries, certainly Kenya, are rather advanced in processing payments by mobile phone.This certainly might be an interesting technology for countries like Thailand to look at.
