For higher budget wise, does anyone know if a foreigner is eligible for home loan in thailand if im marry with a thai? i dont work in Thailand, so im quite sure its very troublesome so i wont want to exceed my budget. Been through that area during the floods to visit some friends. Trust me, you don't want to buy in rangsit unless its practically free.
