Are you clued up on the cites regs as if you're not you need to get clued up. we just had a roller seized as the seats were aligator skin and the import permit hadn't been applied for.had to laugh my balls of ad it was rolls doing the import and they should know better. It's easy enough but you would not believe the amount of times import is refused due to lack of preparation.

if the company you deal with refuse to provide you with the CITES

then move on to a new provider

U could try the customs department, they quiet often have these products plus other stuff like Rhino tusks , elephant tusks , leopard skin , tiger skin, they make great floor mats in expensive houses.
