zehner Posted April 9, 2006 Share Posted April 9, 2006 Hi all, I've got a new job on Rama 9 and want to move over near there in the next few weeks. I've been looking around the Soi Soonvijai area off Petchburi and the early Rama 9 sois. I've viewed SDM, Soonvijai Condos and Songvit apartments, they seem nice enough but a bit expensive seeing as they are far from the BTS and MRT. I had a look at Royal Orchid Mansion near Sutisan station today and looked nice....2 beds for 15k. Anyhow, I was hoping someone could recommend some places around these areas and also around the top of Ekkami? I really want to get a townhouse but have been unsuccessful so far (trying the Thai rental magazines and driving aimlessly around) Anything around 15k....give or take a few satang.. Thanks. StateSix Posted April 10, 2006 Share Posted April 10, 2006 Did you check out Brighton Place on Soonvijai Soi 8? 1 bedroom apartments (40-something Sq.m) for around 12/13,000, and 2 bedrooms up to around 20,000.
