Felt 35
Is there anyone who have experience with their retirement extension done as long as a month before it expire? Thanks Felt

RawaiPlaBoyz
BTW There is no penalty for early processing. The date will go forward as to your expiry date.

patongphil
As a matter of interest does anyone know how far in advance you can get the extension? Mine falls in mid December and as you can imagine a this is a pretty busy time in the Immigration Office so would love to bring it forward at least a couple of months. Losing a few months of extension monies pales into insignificance compared to the mad house of December renewals.
LivinginKata
Whenever I have asked the Phuket office have always said a maximum of 30 days in advance. Must say I have never tried to apply any earlier that the 30 days. I suppose if you had an urgent requirement then maybe they would consider it. merijn
They will do it now as long as 45 day before the expire date. But i have to admit that not all the officers are willing to do it this early in every case. But if you have a good reason (flights etc ) it should not be a problem.
