They have experts in most disciplines (addiction, child, sleep disorder etc.) you can search for doctors by psychiatric specialty at the top. The only good one I know in BKK, who studied abroad, is Dr. Thanni at Bangkok Nursing Hospital near Lumpini. He is located in internal medicine and a standard office visit is about 2500 baht.
