Lite Beer
Lampang launches anti deforestation operationLAMPANG, 28 June 2014 (NNT) -- Military officers in Lampang have joined hands with a local forestry office, seizing more than 100 rais of rubber and tapioca plantations that encroach on a national park.More than 100 officers raided the plantations after receiving a tip-off from villagers in the area. The arable land is located deep in Mae Ta - Mae My national park, which is about 30 kilometers away from the main road.Officers cut down thousands of rubber and tapioca trees to prevent further encroaching on the restricted area, where rare wood such as golden teaks are found.Local authorities nationwide have lately stepped up their suppression to prevent deforestation and encroachment following the order of the National Council for Peace and Order, who has took the power a month ago. -- NNT 2014-06-28

It is a shame people don't feel the need to do their jobs properly, unless the military tell them to! will it all return to how it was once the military hand government back to the people. Probably.

Nail on the head. Any right thinking person has to know what will happen when the politicians and civil servants are let loose again and with lost time to make up for.
