Interim constitution gives junta power to do just about anything

I guess we knew the junta had impunity to carry out extrajudicial actions anyway, but it's a bit scary to see it written into law:

"the head of the NCPO is authorized, with the approval of the NCPO board, to order, to suspend or to take action, regardless of its effects on the legislative, executive or judiciary. All orders or acts are to be regarded as lawful and constitutional."

Taken form a good translation and analysis of the interim constitution here: http://asiancorrespondent.com/125027/a-first-look-at-thailands-new-interim-constitution/

And let's not forget NO discussion of the Monarchy in a political context. An immediate ban is possible.
