According to the Nokia website it should be available now http://www.nokia.com/global/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/wp8-availability-in-asia-pacific/ And from reading on the net it seems that it has been available here for some time, weeks at least. crasala Posted August 15, 2014 Share Posted August 15, 2014 My wife has a Nokia 520 on True. She got the 8.1 update today. It may depend on which mobile company you are with. I have a Samsung ATIV S and there is no update available but I'm on AIS so it could be my carrier or that 8.1 is still undergoing testing for the ATIV S.
