His name is Charlie and he has just come back from living and working the past 20 years in Australia. He is very professional and explains exactly what you will need etc. He also sells and services aircons and fridges. Great service. PM me if you need his contact details. And, where in Chiang mai is he based? I'm getting 3 aircon units installed. His price was the same as the price from Electronic Plaza. Plus he added for free, 3 Water Protected Isolating Switches.
