I have submitted the doc's for the 1 year 0 visa to Thai immigration and they will schedule the police to interview my wife and myself. Has anyone gone through the interview. and what are the details? Thai Immigration is part of the Royal Thai Police Department. The 'interview' is a low key meeting by an officer to ascertain that you and your wife are a bona fide couple and you actually are living together and all is well. I have had a 1 year visa (on the basis of being married to a Thai) for a number of years now, and I have never been interviewed. My wife no longer has to come with me, and I just have to get someone to sign a piece of paper to say that we are living together. Thats it apart from the other documents that are needed.
