PATTAYA: -- On Wednesday afternoon a construction worker made a gruesome discovery beside a Water Treatment Plant in East Pattaya after he stumbled upon a Human Skull.

Police and rescue workers made their way to the location to recover the Skull which was found by Khun Anant aged 34.
