Ais Gprs Topup Problem

Featured Replies

Hi, been trying to topup my sim to use the AIS GPRS service.

All I have heard for the last day after selecting the service I want to topup is 'service unavailable, please try again later'.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Are there any other ways to top up my sim other than popping it into my mobile?

Thanks for reading, Andy.

Are you trying to top-up a 1-2-Call pre-paid SIM using the text message format(*120*nnnnnnnnnn#), and getting an error message? I usually get this error message so revert to the voice-prompted service, dial 900120 from your mobile and follow the prompts. You'll get both a voice confirmaiton of the new balance and expiration date, and still get the same as an SMS.

If you are trying to subscribe to GPRS services using *138*nnnn*551409#, then I could never get that to work, and always had to call 1175 for help.
