I just want to get some peoples opinions about Inverseflow Helpdesk system. Like, does your company use it? If so, do you find it reliable and is it worth the money? $264 at the moment is a little steep for me, but I'm willing to pay for it if it really is worth its weight in gold.

I've also found alternate help desks but this one looks very promising.

I understand technical support for InverseFlow is quite limited. We use Cerberus helpdesk, available from http://www.cerberusweb.com

Another well known helpdesk is Kayako, http://www.kayako.com
