The women, the police, crime, etc, etc.... Then you see something and literally thank god that you do not have to put up with this stuff back home. So, I am staying at Hilton Sukhumvit and just came back from breakfast. The young couple - I think from USA..... her Asian with a tattooed right arm (almost looks like a porn star) and a young guy (pretty good looking) enter the premises and right away I see tension. The guy is pretty calm and quiet and she is just bitching at him non stop. Then the Asian girl says something like " is this, blah, blah". She storms out just outside the restaurant and sits in the sitting area outside. The guy is looking for her like a lost child while she is sitting away with her bitchy face slurping bubble tea. When he finally finds her she says some totally bs crap "there are no seats here, is this, blah, blah, blah". The hotel is empty and there were plenty of seats. She was just a typical trash and behaving like I never seen a Thai woman behave, If this was me I would just literally give her a kick in the ass and say bye, bye. I wanted to approach the guy and tell him look man, you are in Thailand. Get rid of that poison you carry with you, but in the true spirit of not getting involved here, I just hope this rather good looking guy will come to his senses. Sometimes I go hard on older guys here, but I understand what must they have gone through and any arrangement with a Thai woman.... even if it is purely financial is better than the crap I witnessed above. In any case, why assume that the male is taking care of the woman and not the woman taking care of her toy boy? I am a hansum man. Many people would have to pay for my company. I am still waiting for the offers though. Anyway, hanging about Sukie isn't a picture of Thailand. It's a tourist zone and the only Thais one comes across are those who work in the zone. Why not take a quick hop up to Roi Et or down to Pattani, or over to Rayong, or many other places and then come back with your impressions. What I find funny is the Thailand crowd viewing a female partner as some sort of accessory that should know its place and not make any problems and fit some sort of mold, because you take care of her, god forbid she has independence and integrity. I understand your point completely. However, this woman was going on about completely irrelevant stuff.... stuff that didn't make any sense. Guy was cheating? Ok, you throw (up) your breakfast at him. She has problems at her tattoo shop? Then what does no seats in the restaurant have to do anything with it (the place was literally 20% occupied). No, she was behaving like a 5 year old child. This is why Soi Biker's post was completely stupid. Yeah, I am the problem when the girl was acting like an ass in front of everyone. Suuureeeee........ everyone in the restaurant was so comfortable watching her. And no... I have never seen a Thai woman throw a hissy fit like this. What was the cost of breakfast and how was the buffet? So, so. Last time I had a room with Japanese toilet, not this time. I am a diamond, so get a lounge and buffet which are both so-so. I really prefer Millenuim Hilton. Even though it is an older hotel breakfast buffet near the river is quite nice and lounge is on a high floor beats this suk hotel by a mile. There are 4 Hilton properties in BKK. I would rate them 1 Millenium Hilton 2 Conrad 3 Double Tree 4 Hilton Suk The cost can vary a lot. I live in my GF house. It is a bit uncomfortable, so on weekends I will book a hotel. I get a lot of points through my business, so those hotel stays amount to very little actual money spent. I remember her exploding at the wait staff when she had ordered a mango juice and they served a shake. She wouldnt touch it...and sat and scowled and growled and completely embarrassed me.I told her i wouldnt put up with this bs. Sometimes these thai girls act like petulant children.
