Thanks for the useless link. There aren't any apartments or condos in my desired area listed on the website. Plus I'd already visited that website.

happy condo lad prao 101 is pet friendly have to check the person owning the room but plenty are happy to have pets in that place and in the condo complex there is a dog swimming pool.
