Justice Dept. closes Clinton email probe with no charges
By ERIC TUCKER

WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Loretta Lynch says the Hillary Clinton email investigation is being closed without any criminal charges.

Lynch announced the Justice Department decision Wednesday, one day after FBI Director James Comey recommended against any prosecution.

The decision was largely a formality given Comey's public statement on the case.

Lynch said last week that she intended to accept whatever recommendations and findings were presented by the FBI and by her career prosecutors.

For shame. It should be called the NO JUSTICE department. This is proof positive that the rich and powerful in America are not subject to the same laws as the rest of us. bah.gif

DOJ Prosecutes A Naval Reservist For Mishandling Classified Info WITHOUT MALICIOUS INTENT

Like Clinton, the FBI investigation into his actions “did not reveal evidence that Nishimura intended to distribute classified information to unauthorized personnel.” Unlike Clinton, he was sentenced to two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and forfeiture of personal media containing classified materials.

He was also “ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance.”

Proof, the Republican Party has gone with the conspiracy nut model.

Endless, irrelevant speculation. It's always a conspiracy when their case evaporates into thin air.

The evidence is always links to other conspiracy sites or fake news channels. LOL.

They swear, everybody that doesn't agree with their ridiculous conspiracy theories are sheep watching 'lame stream media'

Hundreds of thousands of legitimate journalists are all in on the plan to misinform the public...they all love that muslim terrorist Obama....

...only the conspiracy media and FOX news are reliable.cheesy.gif

You might want to read the FBI statement yourself, carefully.

It's been going on for years. Rich have a lawsuit filed against them, proclaim their innocence, if the outcome looks iffy they pay the accusers off to drop the charges. Otherwise known as an out of court settlement.

I gather you're referring to Donald Trump?

Not particularly, just wealthy people in general. But if the cap fits...

No surprise here. The fix was in. The Teflon Crooked Hillary is above the law and always has been. I'm just surprised that more people can't smell the incredible stink of corruption.

I'm amazed that anyone's amazed... These are Clintons and democrats. Why in the world would anyone have expected any other outcome?? Hillary's probably angry at Obama for letting it drag on as long as it did. 'A dark day for the FBI though. Just another political instrument now.

Both the FBI director and Attorney General should both be fired for dereliction of duty.

Oh I forgot, their commander in chief has been derelict for about 8 years, so won't happen.

Helps when she can send smooth tongued hubby to have a little word and remind the AG.

How disappointing that the FBI is seemingly no more than a political tool.

What about CNBC? Maybe you missed this one.

It's the assessment of a former federal prosecutor. If you listen to his line of argument, what makes you think he is a member of "the conspiracy nut model"?

Now why should that be such a surprise to such a worldly wise TV member? They never have been and never will be.

Seems like the Lynch Mob won ;)

2 points...in the interests of brevity I am not going to catalogue every bit of relevant information to come to this conclusion. 1) Obama received emails from Sec Clinton. He would be subject to same sanctions as Hillary and 2) Bill laid it all out for Loretta. Ergo these 3 "leaders" of the left (Hillary, Obama and Loretta) have their flanks protected by one another. Say what you will, but give credit to these people for being able to do what they have done. They have an agenda, and the ends justifies the means. Despite the opposition and best efforts of some seemingly powerful groups and entities, they endure. "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!" Exactly who is the puppeteer?
