Can you tell me what is analogue to these laws in Thailand

I am not sure if these laws exist in thailands, if they do, can someone please tell me what they are called and what juridical section they belong?

Well l am not aware of what you need l think l do, it sounds to me you need to go to a Thai Uni that teaches Thai law there will be plenty of Thai people who will be there able to converse with you, how that is achievable will be up to you. goodluck.
