rooster59 Posted October 15, 2016 Share Posted October 15, 2016 Poultry processing plant fire in Nakhon Pathom BANGKOK:-- A poultry processing factory in Sampran district of Nakhon Pathom was damaged in a fire that broke out yesterday. The factory, Laemthong Food Industries, which belongs to Laemthong Poultry Co Ltd is located on Buddhamonthon 5 road in Sampran district. The fire started first at the food processing building which covers a total area of 12,000 square metres. It is among 20 factory buildings within the compound of over 100 rai of areas. The building is used to heat chicken meat. The factory’s hygiene chief told Sampran police that the fire was started from leak of oil from the overhead pipes to the heater and quickly spread to the other heating machines in the factory.
