d123
I wish you the very best of luck. Down here in sunny Phuket you'd be lucky do get a 40sqmt studio for that figure.
MoonUnit
You won't get much in Sukhumvit for that price. You should be looking out in the suburbs for that price.
daveAustin
Since TV Classifieds is defunct, have a butcher's hook at Baht & Sold.

MoonUnit
In fairness, 5M baht will get a nice bidet and bum gun on Sukhumvit and maybe the toilet door.

Where exactly? Can you cite an example? The properties I am aware of are distinguished by characteristics such as; - Poor construction quality including serious electrical defciencies and life and safety deficiences. When a building does not have heat or smoke detectors, or fire hoses capable of being charged, or fire extinguishers or fire doors, or proper handrails, etc. it should be avoided. - The alleged bathrooms in some buildings feature sewage backflow or a lack of proper venting - Cheap buildings come with cockroaches, rat indfestations and of course the high traffic of the prostitutes, their johns and the drug users. There is the added bonus of the dead body and vehicle thefts in the garage from time to time. Please don't offer a blanket statement of a $5million condo when the conditions of such premises would render them uninhabitable for a family even in Glasgow.
