Skywalker69
WHITE HOUSE SAYS RUSSIA’S HACKERS ARE TOO GOOD TO BE CAUGHT BUT NSA PARTNER CALLED THEM “MORONS” THE HACKERS BEHIND the dump of Democratic Party emails in the midst of last year’s presidential race left apparent evidence of their identity — a breadcrumb trail winding from the stolen files back to the Russian government, according to assessments from the U.S. intelligence community. Some of this evidence was there from the beginning, embedded inside the first documents to hit the web, raising a niggling question: Why would diabolically skilled Russian operatives operate so sloppily? https://theintercept.com/2017/08/02/white-house-says-russias-hackers-are-too-good-to-be-caught-but-nsa-partner-called-them-morons/
iReason
8 things the Trump team denied, and then later confirmed "The White House directly contradicted President Trump's own attorney on Tuesday." "It confirmed that the president was involved in that misleading Donald Trump Jr. statement about his meeting with a Russian lawyer after Trump's attorney, Jay Sekulow, had issued two unmistakable comments asserting Trump wasn't." "But this was hardly the first time that the Trump team has appeared to confirm something it previously denied. Skywalker69
Those Calls to Trump? White House Admits They Didn’t Happen WASHINGTON — Has President Trump told you about the time the head of the Boy Scouts called to say his was the best speech ever delivered to the more than century-old organization? What about when the president of Mexico picked up the telephone to let him know that his tough enforcement efforts at the border were paying off handsomely? The anecdotes, both of which Mr. Trump told over the last week, were similar in that they appeared to be efforts to showcase broad support for the president when his White House has been mired in turmoil. But they also had another thing in common, the White House conceded on Wednesday: Neither was true. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/02/us/politics/those-calls-to-trump-white-house-admits-they-didnt-happen.html

The House Intelligence Committee The Senate Intelligence Committee The Senate Judiciary Committee The House Oversight Committee And Special Counsel Mueller. Because: The White House is under criminal investigation for obstruction of justice, collusion, fraud, racketeering, money laundering and espionage. And: The occupier of the White House' son, along with a Senior White House adviser to his father and a Russian connected Trump campaign director, had a clandestine meeting with agents from a hostile foreign adversary. Russia. Quite a fish fry buffet right there. Couldn't have said it better myself.

iReason
Bipartisan Senate bill aims to protect special counsel's job "The bill would allow any special counsel for the Department of Justice to challenge his or her removal in court, with a review by a three-judge panel within 14 days of the challenge." "It is critical that special counsels have the independence and resources they need to lead investigations," Tillis said in a statement." "A back-end judicial review process to prevent unmerited removals of special counsels not only helps to ensure their investigatory independence, but also reaffirms our nation's system of check and balances." http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory/bipartisan-senate-bill-aims-protect-special-counsels-job-49001867 The bill will be retroactive to the day Mueller was appointed.
